Erin Schipper

Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior and I stand in awe of His glory. Christ has been there for me in every circumstance and I take comfort in His presence. Proverbs 16:9 states, “In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps.” This verse is always close to my heart. I pray that God will continue to use me to be His hands and feet in my classroom.I am blessed to share my faith with my students and help them grow in their personal walk with God. Christ is my cornerstone, my all in all, and I will continue to praise His name forever in every aspect of my life.

 

 I graduated from Calvin College in 2013 with a B.A. in Education with minors in Mathematics and Physical Education. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Literary Studies. Prior to teaching at Jenison Christian School, I taught at Ada Christian School and Parkview Christian Academy. I am a proud JCS alumnus and began teaching at JCS in 2016. My husband, Matt, and I live in Allendale with our two amazing children. We enjoy reading, hiking, sports and going on walks as a family.
