FAITH STATEMENT
I love working in a Christian school where I can openly express my Christian faith and get to know students well over their course of study at JCS. I consider it a privilege to select and promote books that help students grow in their faith and understanding of the world God has made and at the same time that they grow in their ability to read. I pray that my students will see and experience Jesus' love through my words and example.
BIOGRAPHY
I grew up in Holland, Michigan. I graduated from Calvin College with a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a Language Arts major. I have been a librarian at JCS since 2008.

THREE FUN FACTS:
- I met my husband the first day of college.
- I love to travel with my family.
- I have had many collections throughout the years. My current favorite is children's books!
